I recently took my new DJI Mavic 4 Pro out for its first coastal flights along Western Australia’s stunning shoreline, exploring Wyadup Beach down south, Wylie Head and Lucky Bay Beach Esperance and locally City Beach, from above.
The drone’s camera captured the vibrant turquoise water, sweeping white sand, and dramatic granite formations in incredible detail. At Wyadup Beach, the aerial perspective revealed the contrast between the rugged rock outcrops and the calm, shallow water surrounding them. A little further along at Wylie Head Beach, rolling waves traced soft patterns along the shoreline, creating beautiful textures from the air.
Flying the Mavic 4 Pro here felt like unlocking a new way to experience these remote coastal landscapes showing just how striking this stretch of coastline looks when viewed from above.
The new drone captures these awesome Western Australia location with detail and clarity beyond what I thought it would adding to the the 100mb raw files do produce prints easily 2m on the largest size without any loss of detail.
