Baileys Beach Tasmania

Arriving at sunrise at Baileys Beach and watching the sun come up over the horizon lighting up the waves as they rolled in I knew it was time to get the drone out and put away the Nikon camera for a few moments. 

Flying just a few meters above the rolling waves of Baileys Beach I was able capture the striking contrast between calm turquoise water and the restless energy of the surf. A sweeping wave cuts diagonally across the frame, its white foam spilling into intricate lace-like patterns over the blue sea below. Sunlight glimmers softly on the deeper water, creating a golden sheen that fades into cool aquamarine tones. The composition feels both powerful and serene, highlighting the raw beauty of Tasmania’s coastline from above
