Ellinjaa Falls Queensland

Ellinjaa Falls I photographed last on my day trip to the waterfalls of the Atherton Tablelands. When I reached the bottom of the hike the falls where everything I had hoped for, flowing nicely without too much water and in complete shade for excellent photographing. I jumped straight into the water and set up my shot as fast as I could knowing the sun was going down fast and I had very limited time.

... I never saw another soul the whole time I was there, I guess arriving late and leaving way too late does have its advantages ... The rainforest is always alive with critters everywhere, but in the pitch black it does become very loud with sounds of the deep rainforest ...
