Karijini Ancient Stone

While up in the Pilbara of Western Australia I was hiking through the gorges of Karijini National Park and when I arrived at the very bottom I came across the most amazing series of stone rocks that look like they had been ripped apart by some violet force.

The abstract nature of the scene and the colours of the ancient stone lead me to a few compositions of of which I called Ancient Stone ... As some geologists have dated some of the stone up here at nearly 4 billion years old and some of it not the oldest on earth. So this crack could be up to 4 billion years old thats just amazing.
