Sacred Groove Karijini National Park

Hiking through the gorges of Karijini National Park there is so much to see and experience. With some of the oldest known rock on Earth up to 4 billion years old.

Looking for something different to photograph I looked no further than at my feet and the amazing colours and textures of the rock I was standing on.

I chose this section of the rock as the sunlight brought out the amazing colour and texture enhanced with the large groove that ran through it, I knew it would make an exceptional abstract print.
